A one-time $25 deposit reserves one of 50 founding memberships in Perennial Giving, a donor retention product from Upspire Studio. The deposit is not a subscription and does not auto-renew into one.
When Perennial Giving launches, your founding membership grants your first 6 months free, then $59/month locked for life, versus the $79/month standard price. The 6 free months begin when approved-message sending goes live, not before.
If you decide Perennial Giving is not for you, the $25deposit is not refundable. This is intentional. The deposit exists so we build for a small group of committed organizations rather than a large list of email addresses.
If Perennial Giving does not ship as a working product, every deposit is refunded in full. Our target launch window is Q4 2026. If we conclude we will not deliver, we will refund all founding deposits and tell you plainly.
After your 6 free months, there is no contract. You can leave at any time and export or delete your data.
Any organization data you provide belongs to your organization. It is never sold, never shared, and never used to train third-party models. You can export or delete it at any time.
